The presentation of the products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order. By clicking the “Order Balcony Power Plant” button, you submit a binding order. The contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation via email.
All prices for private end customers in Germany do not include VAT (0% VAT) in accordance with § 12 para. 3 UStG. Delivery within Germany is free of shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page. If shipping costs are incurred in the future, they will be clearly stated on the product page and during the checkout process.
Delivery is carried out nationwide by DHL. The delivery of the balcony power plant set (e.g., Set 2kW) is scheduled for the date indicated on the product page (currently July 25). Changes in delivery times will be communicated in due time.

The goods remain the property of Sustainable Energy Solutions GmbH until full payment has been received.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the separate cancellation policy on our website.
The statutory warranty provisions apply. In the event of a defect, you are initially entitled to subsequent performance (repair or replacement).
Sustainable Energy Solutions GmbH is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, Sustainable Energy Solutions GmbH is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage under the contract.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. If individual provisions of these GTC are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
